Antique 19th century philippine moro barung barong.
A very nice unusual barung with a beautiful sharp 19 inch long water pattern blade. see detailed pictures on the blade. the blade speaks for itself.
Handle has silver straps with copper pins and black cloth thread rope wrapping. the pommel has beautiful detailed carvings all intact not busted off or missing like many others. The middle silver strap has some slight play but doesnt come off. you can reinforce it. the end tip of the blade does have a slight tiny bend in the tip. only noticeable when looking close up on it. check 7th picture for reference to it.
