Piece is expertly constructed with embossed filigree style cut silver with tiny flowers and flourishes
Hallmarked on bale with a tiny Austro Hungarian dog mark for 800 Silver
All jewels and pearls are bezel set, secure, brilliant, and original to the piece
There are 12 emerald green paste stones, 6 seed pearls, and 1 garnet paste stone on the dangle
There are signs that the piece was once gold washed, but it is mostly silver now
