Description
Large Antique THAI Rattanakosin Polychrome BENJARONG Porcelain Stem Dish/Tray with scalloped rim and a beautiful central lotus flower and a foliage medallion. Early 19th Century, QING DYNASTY and especially ordered and made in Jingdezehen (China’s porcelain capital), richly decorated for THAI NOBILITY with bright enamel glazes. Good condition, shows use considering considerable age, but no cracks, hairlines, nor restorations. Size: height 9 cm x 24.5 cm diameter (H. 3.5″ x 9.75″ diameter). Rare large size!
